This is a two day experiential course during which participants will learn the methods and then spend time applying them with their team to their own real-life organisational issues. Teams will return to their roles after this course with a number of new and innovative ideas to trial.

Complex Problem Solving   (Jun 15-16 & Jul 12-13, 2020)

Change is accelerating and the world is shifting in ways previously unimagined. Doing business and solving so may new and existing issues is getting tougher.

In times of uncertainty it’s hard to know exactly what to do and where to start to address this change and the issues it brings. This session will provide attendees with a range of contemporary approaches to help them gain insight and traction on their most challenging of issues.
