UAE Courses 2020

Practical Innovation  (Dubai June 17-18, 2020)

How do we move from talking about innovation, to doing innovation?

We struggle to break free from day to day habits and procedures that often hold us back. Yet, we all understand that to deliver the quality services and products now demanded, we need to be able to think differently.

The thinking that worked well enough in the past is no longer sufficient to guarantee long-term relevance and survival into the future. We need to be more innovative …

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them”. (Albert Einstein)

We can tread water, reduce costs and hope things will change for the better or, we can assist our staff to think differently, think more creatively and start to Innovate!

This is a two day experiential course during which participants will learn the methods and then spend time applying them with their team to their own real-life organisational issues. Teams will return to their roles after this course with a number of new and innovative ideas to trial.
