For our Middle-Eastern colleagues we will be in the UAE in July and holding  3 day session in Creative Thinking & Complex Problem Solving.

This 3 day interactive course day will provide participants with tools and end-to-end processes incorporating a range of contemporary management methods that will allow new insights, creative ideas and new solutions to emerge.

Attendees will work interactively in groups to put the methods into practice and reference materials will be provided to enable attendees to take these methods away and apply to complex issues in their workplaces.

We encourage teams to attend so they can work on a shared problem over the course of the day and take away real solutions.

Day 1

Problem & Opportunity Definition Learn to clearly define the problems and opportunities faced to ensure the best possible solutions are developed without defaulting to standard approaches and assumptions.

Insight & Perception BuildingExamine the issues at hand in greater depth and view them from multiple perspectives to ensure the ideas and actions formulated to address them are fit for purpose and more likely to succeed.

Day 2

Creative ThinkingUsing a range of processes, learn how to routinely create genuinely new ideas and actions to address your issues and opportunities.

Assessment & DesignSelecting those ideas that are best fit for purpose for assessment and value-adding to increase their likelihood of their acceptance and implementation.

Day 3
