We all bring very diverse ranges of experience, education, backgrounds and knowledge to the table. These are powerful forces for addressing the difficult issues we face. However, we don’t always capitalise on these strengths and our diverse views can lead to unproductive sessions. We have all been in meetings that fall into this category. “Diversity though invaluable, is often divisive”.

How then do we fully incorporate this valuable yet potentially disruptive diversity, and use it in a positive and productive manner?

In this session you will have the opportunity to learn, listen to real life case studies, practice and take away some simple tools and methods to assist in developing a constructive approach to collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.

These sessions are Virtual Instructor Led Training with a duration of 1.5-2.0 hours and are offered as in-house sessions for teams.

Upon conclusion of the session in Collaborative Problem Solving, all participants will receive 4 x weekly “Application Tips” via email to assist in practicing and embedding the tools in the workplace.
